The Bristlecone Inn hosts corporate events that require a more intimate space for privacy and focus. Seminars, workshops, product launches, team building activities, annual meetings, board meetings, and more informal events like a retreat, employee appreciation dinners, or holiday parties.

We have a function/reception room with a table set up for 60 participants. Two spacious fenceline yards are also available for outdoor events as well as a spacious patio for breakout sessions and informal gatherings.

The venue fee covers 4 hours of actual event time and 4 hours of pre-event preparation time. It also includes chairs and tables for 50 pax participants, linens, utensils, and complimentary coffee and iced water. Parking for 12 vehicles (at most) is also covered, and other additional requests can be accommodated. Additional charges may apply.

An outdoor bar is set at our patios for the summer months, overlooking a stunning view of Estes Park. For winter months, an in-house bar may be set up together with a buffet meal. All year round, we provide a professional catering service that customizes the menu based on your preferences and dietary requirements.

The Bristlecone Inn has a highly recommended catering service and coordination office that will secure all your needs and requests for your event.
