Can I have my Ceremony and Reception at the Bristlecone Inn?
Yes! We would be delighted to host your ceremony and reception—or reception only. We also host rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, and special occasions of all types.

What are the Venue Fees?
Venue fees vary by event.

• Rehearsals, brunches, and other parties start at $500 per hour
• Wedding day events start at $2,000 for four hours

Please inquire with your planner for a detailed quote.

What is included with an onsite ceremony?

• Additional 30 minutes of event time
• Day-of coordination
• Ceremony chair setup and teardown
• Additional planning support
• Optional bridal suite and groomsmen suite add-ons

What is included in your venue fee?

• Chairs and round tables for up to 60 guests

*As Jubilations Catering is located onsite, we strongly recommend sourcing your catering through your venue planner for ease of planning and a memorable dining experience. If you prefer outside catering, a $500 fee applies, and the caterer must be fully self-sufficient, as access to the onsite kitchen and serving ware will not be provided.

Can we reserve the space at an hourly rate?
Yes! Please inquire for pricing.

We Have Strict Dietary Restrictions—Can You Accommodate Them?
Absolutely! Jubilations Catering can accommodate most dietary restrictions.

Can we bring in games like Ladder Golf or Corn Hole?
Yes—weather permitting! Lawn space is available, and cornhole and ladder ball are included in your venue fee. You’re welcome to bring additional games.

Can I bring in a DJ for music?
Yes. All hired vendors must be professionals with their own equipment. Please note there is an 80-decibel sound limit.

Can we bring in our own decorations?
Yes! You are welcome to decorate the space with the following guidelines:

• No holes in the walls

• No tape on walls or railings

• All candles must be in votives taller than the flame

• Wax spilled on linens will incur a $50 cleaning fee

Can We Bring Our Own Alcohol?
No. Under the Bristlecone Inn’s liquor license, outside alcohol is not permitted. We offer a variety of bar packages to accommodate your group’s needs and are happy to arrange special orders outside our standard offerings for an additional cost.
