Our reception hall can accommodate table set-ups for up to 60 guests with ample space for indoor soirees such as games, music, and dance. A buffet-style counter together with an in-house bar may be set up upon request and a variety of layovers and centerpieces are available for rent to give your celebration some flare and style.

The Bristlecone Inn also hosts outdoor ceremonies in our gorgeous patios and fenceline yards. Stylish tents may be set-up in our outdoor yards, bringing you closer to the picturesque sight of Estes Park. Your choice of outdoor table settings, fixtures, and layovers may be set up to complement whatever theme you have in mind for your outdoor ceremony.
A more intimate space is available in our gorgeous patios, overlooking a stunning view of Stanley hotel and Lumpy Ridge Road. Tents or table umbrellas may also be set up here with tables, chairs, and fixtures of your choosing alongside an outdoor bar for your favorite cocktails and brews.

What types of ceremonies can be hosted at your venue?
The Bristlecone Inn hosts all sorts of ceremonies. Birthdays, graduation, baby showers, engagement parties, or a farewell brunch for retirement, among others, can be held here.
How many guests can your venue accommodate?
We have a reception hall that can accomodate a table set up for 60 guests. Two spacious fenceline yards and an outdoor patio are also available for outdoor ceremonies.
What is included in the rental fee?
The venue fee covers 4 hours of actual event time and 4 hours of pre-event preparation time. It also includes chairs and tables for 50 guests, linens, utensils, and complimentary coffee and iced water.
Parking for 12 vehicles (at most) is also covered. Other additional requests can be accommodated. Additional charges may apply.
Can we bring our own caterer, or is there a preferred vendor list?
The Bristlecone Inn has a highly recommended team for professional catering service that customizes menu options based on guest’s preferences and dietary requirements. It is recommended to take advantage of this exclusive service tailor made so all your requirements are met to the last detail. You may relay your special requests to our coordination team for available options.
Is parking available on site?
A maximum of 12 vehicles is covered by the venue fee. You may contact our coordination team for additional vehicles. Additional charges may apply.
What is the deposit required to secure a booking, and is it refundable?
A $500 deposit is required to reserve a date, per event. This payment is non-refundable. Check Venue Cost and Information for more details.
What is your cancellation policy?
The Bristlecone Inn only charges for “Guaranteed Attendance”, which has to be set 14 days prior to the event. Please check Venue Cost and Information for details of our terms and conditions.

What are the payment options and requirements?
Debit Card and Credit Card payments are accepted. All credit card payments will be subject to an additional fee added to your final invoice. Debit Cards do not have an additional processing fee.

A 25% service charge is added to all food and beverages prices. If a bartender is hired through the Bristlecone Inn, an additional $10/hour fee is added as bartender gratuity.
