Can I have my Ceremony and Reception at the Bristlecone Inn?
Yes! We would be delighted to host both your ceremony and reception—or just your reception. Ceremonies can be held on the patio, lawn, or indoors.
What are the Venue Fees?
Weekend Events (May – October):
$2,250 for Rehearsal and Reception only

$250 for onsite ceremony
Weekday Events (May – October):
$2,000 for Rehearsal and Reception only

Winter Events (December – April):
$1,500 for Rehearsal and Reception only
Ceremonies must be held indoors and are limited to 50 guests.
What is included with an onsite ceremony?

Can we reserve the space at an hourly rate?
Yes! Please inquire for pricing.
We require strict dietary restrictions for our menu. Will you still be able to cater our wedding?
Absolutely! Jubilations Catering is able to accommodate almost any dietary restriction for your guests.
Can we bring in games like Ladder Golf or Corn Hole?
Yes—weather permitting! We have lawn space available and provide corn hole and ladder ball as part of your venue fee. You’re welcome to bring additional games.
Can I bring in a DJ for music?
Yes! We do require that all hired vendors are professionals with their own equipment. Please note there is an 80-decibel sound limit.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Yes! You are welcome to decorate the space with the following guidelines:

No holes in the walls

No tape on walls or railings

All candles must be in votives taller than the flame

Any wax spilled on linens will incur a $50 cleaning fee
